This is my family's favorite meal, hands down. When I tell them that I'm making this for dinner, they act like I just said I was making dessert for dinner!
What you need:
1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup of sour cream
1/2 package Ore-Ida® Tater Tots®
2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon of garlic salt (optional)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cook meat and garlic salt in skillet until browned. Drain fat. Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Once heated, pour into an 8x8 or 9x13 baking pan. Place tater-tots on top of mixture.
- Bake 12-17 minutes or until tater-tots are crispy. Add shredded cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts.
