2 Tablespoons of Butter
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Cut bacon in half and partially cook in skillet. Drain fat. Take a bunch of green beans (5 or 6) and wrap with a piece of bacon. Place in a shallow baking dish.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Worcestershire sauce, water, butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour sauce over bacon bundles.
  • Bake 17-20 minutes or until bacon is done.

Bacon Jalapeño Croissant Poppers

Since Super Bowl time is near, I've learned that these (along with my deviled eggs) are a giant hit!

What you need:

2 cans of Pillsbury® Original Crescent rolls
1 jar of sliced jalapenos
(I found jarred or canned jalapenos bake better flavor)
1 package of cream cheese
10 strips of bacon

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Cook bacon in skillet until crispy. Drain fat. Unroll dough; separate triangles with butter knife. Use a tablespoon to spoon cream cheese onto the triangles (dropping toward the wide end). Break a piece of bacon onto cream cheese. Place one, two, or three jalapeno slices on top; depending on desired spiciness. (Picture shows the mildest) Fold crescent triangle from the wide end toward the skinny end, then fold sides in.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let sit for about 5 minutes as the cream cheese inside is hot.
They should look similar to this when done.

Tater-tot Casserole

This is my family's favorite meal, hands down. When I tell them that I'm making this for dinner, they act like I just said I was making dessert for dinner!

1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup of sour cream
1/2 package Ore-Ida® Tater Tots®
2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon of garlic salt (optional)

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Cook meat and garlic salt in skillet until browned. Drain fat. Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Once heated, pour into an 8x8 or 9x13 baking pan. Place tater-tots on top of mixture.
  • Bake 12-17 minutes or until tater-tots are crispy. Add shredded cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts.

Honey Cornbread Casserole

This is a super easy and fairly quick meal. Especially tasty on cold days or a nice addition to a summer BBQ. It's definitely a hit with my family!

1/2 tsp of garlic powder
3/4 cup of Pace® Picante Sauce
1 cup of Four Cheese Pasta sauce
